What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Pretty much anything. There's not much of his canon that he can be spoiled for...
Abilities: Toshiki practices the Murasame school of fighting, which consists of hand-to-hand combat augmented by direct and remote chi attacks. Using these techniques, Toshiki is capable of destroying walls and pulverizing internal organs with just a touch. At the height of his potential, he can prove to be nearly on par with the top fighters in his canon, including Ban Midou.
Notes for the Psychics: His obsession with Kazuki, and with winning acknowledgment in general, is rather... intense.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Generally A-okay, although I'd like a heads up.
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: Go for it. Depending on who you are, though, he may or may not appreciate it.
Maim/Murder/Death: He's been dead once before, but I'm not opposed. If you have an idea, we can talk.
Cooking: Bachelor level cooking skills.
Anything else of note? Toshiki comes from an old, formal family, much like the other members of Elegance. He murdered his half-brother, and feels very little remorse for it. He did it because he didn't like the fact that his younger, legitimate, brother would be heir to the family, and that he would be forced to serve under him. After the slaying, he was thrown out by his father (although apparently not punished by the law to any extent). Fan speculation has it that given his looks and an apparent emphasis on his illegitimate status) that his mother was a Westerner.
